Max, was professional, yet approachable at every moment, we started our journey house hunting back in March 2023, and its taken us a year to find the right property and get everything done, we had everything that could go wrong, went wrong from sellers changing their minds, then changing it back again, to being amidst the unprecedented banking crisis on completion day. However, Max was with us all the way, every stage, no fuss, very experienced and qualified in what he does. Max was always on hand for any question. And no question was a stupid question, communication was always brilliant, just enough and accessible, and even if he was not in the office, his team were there and knew when to contact him for us too, he advocated for us with their solicitors, our solicitors and estate agent and the bank, taking most of the hassle out of the purchase. Always warm, friend and genuine, we could not of gotten through the last few months without him guiding us through the process, and supporting in doing all the chasing so we could get on with our jobs too and look at getting packed!
