I have had a great experience with matt Rowlands solicitors.
I first opened a case with them around 4 years ago and it finally came to and this April.
throughout this 4 year time period the staff have been really helpful. with the nature of the case being a very sensitive one the staff here where very understanding. The staff talked through every step of the case with me and anything I didn't quite understand they would explain in a way that I would .
The communication throughout this case was really good my emails where answered within 2 days and updates where regularly given, as well as emails I had written updates through the post. not to say once or twice I had to reach out via email to get an update, but overall communication was amazing.

I want to thank everyone at matt Rowlands solicitors for helping and being so understanding at such a hard time in my life.

I have had the best experience with Matt Rowland Solicitors!
From the beginning, I was told that my case was quite complex and could have a negative outcome because of how unusual the circumstances surrounding the case were. Said circumstances were so uncommon that I was informed only one other case similar to mine had ever been won. The team that was handling my case fought a battle that took about 2 years. During that time, they worked hard and walked me through the entire process. They took their time to explain anything that I had difficulties with in a comprehensive and polite manner. My case has now yielded a positive result, all with the help of the Matt Rowland team who fought a tireless battle to assist with my immigration challenges. I very rarely leave reviews but this business is one that is most deserving of one. I contacted the Matt Rowland due to negligent treatment received. I can honestly say that the Team who worked on my case is amazing. After being turned away from another firm I decided to try Matt Rowland and I am glad I did. The process was sometimes discouraging but the way my solicitor was able to explain the process took away some of my anxiety. Both Lauretta and Stella were always professional and personable. Right from the start, I felt like they were on my side. I also have to thank the admin team who were patient and understanding throughout the lengthy process. I am finally on the other side and I want to thank the entire team at Matt Rowland for their hard work. I would highly recommend this company.

Lauretta has been a true professional throughout my claim of housing disrepair, she is a very nice person and knows her job fully. I had the pleasure of being introduced to Matt Rowland Solicitors back in late 2017… I have had multiple cases handled by a very competent, sweet, caring, determined, friendly, intelligent and highly skilled partner by the name of Lauretta Matthias who advised me & overcame many complicated obstacles in my injury cases which she handled. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to take my cases on and get me very favourable settlements. I was 17 when I had her handle my first case and fast forward now 22 I can happily say she didn’t give me the run around or pull any sneaky moves to benefit her own pockets despite my young age was treated with respect and professionally.
