Maggie and her fantastic therapies have saved me from having surgery on my foot. For a year I struggled with pain that prevented me from walking any distance, wearing normal footwear, enjoying sports and kept me awake at night. After 6 treatments I am now 100% pain free despite being told I would need surgery. The issue was a lack of cartilage in numerous bones in my foot and arthritis. The combination of the matrix bio mechanical device and Maggie’s magic infrared heat lamp have been literally life-changing. I continue to visit Maggie regularly to maintain my pain free foot. Maggie is a very kind and caring therapist and we always have a good laugh. I tried so many different treatments and this is the only one that helped. Thank you so much Maggie.

Maggie is fantastic as a therapist, she knows her stuff and is passionate about the techniques she uses.

I’ve had a lot of different massages over the years but the combination of the infrared heat lamp and the biomechanical muscle stimulator machine (BMS) is on another level. I’ve had three treatments to date and my body feels like it’s been unwinding with every treatment. The aches and pains are becoming a thing of the past and have much better movement in all my joints. It’s like rewinding the years of physical labour that my body has gone through as a builder. It’s definitely a treatment I will continue having to keep my body in check and healthy. My experience with Maggie at Matrix Well-being was very relaxing. Maggie used her unique massage machine to loosen and relax my upper back, neck and shoulders. And it worked so well. I have been to osteopaths, chiropractors and massage professionals in the past but never felt the same amount of relief from the tension in my muscles as I did after my experience at Matrix. I highly recommend this service. A+++

Maggie is such a helpful lady, very approachable and kind.

I started going to Maggie for treatment for a frozen shoulder. It improved from the first treatment, and now, several sessions later, it is infinitely less painful and has a much wider range of mobility. Maggie is very caring and thorough in her approach. She uses a combination of massage with her hands, infra-red heat lamp to warm up the area, and the Matrix biomechanical stimulation device which is incredibly relaxing and really helps to release the fascia. This is the missing link from many other massages I’ve had as it allows the body to release any stored tension and speeds up healing. I would recommend Maggie’s treatment, for generalised aches and pains, or if you have a specific injury.

I can not recommend Maggie highly enough. I have a physically demanding job and Maggie keeps my body well enough to be able to keep working. I had gotten so bad that holding my arms up to drive or hanging out the washing to dry was increasingly painful, but after several treatments I am now able to do these things with no pain at all. She has been a saviour and I will continue to see her to enable myself to have a more enjoyable/pain free life!
