Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company. The communication is poor from Becci and Juliet and they lacked professionalism.
It was very difficult to get clarity on information required and it was a constant battle to try and speak to someone. The 2 stars is for the receptionist who was always friendly and for the work the Solicitors did manage to do.

Awful service no urgency and when chased up once a week met with rudeness from all staff members including reception. We had a complicated case with the buyer but even my estate agent couldn't believe how slow and rudely they spoke to me. Would not recommend anyone going through that avoid!

I would not use these solicitors again if someone paid me to, where do I start they very rarely if ever speak to you, when you phone up to discuss a pressing matter, your put on answer phone by the receptionist, emails sent 10 mins before they go home so you spend your evening stressing about only to be told the next day that it has been dealt with and not to worry, the conveyancers secretary was quite frankly rude! Sent patronising emails and when my wife managed on the very odd occasion to get through to her on the phone she was very condescending, I think she seriously needs some customer relations training, only time anything was dealt with quickly was when they wanted their fees paid, buying a house is very stressful at the best of times, I appreciate that they are busy but being polite costs nothing, come on Mason Bagget & Garton solicitors, pull your fingers out and at the very least try and be polite at a very stressful time..
