I recently used their conveyancing service for a house purchase, and Sarah and her team (Abi and Karen) were simply incredible throughout the entire process. There were a few key things I wanted to mention that made this team stand out from other conveyancing I have had in the past with other firms.
Firstly the communication is very regular, I would receive an update at the end of each week (2 weeks at most), even if nothing new has happened, this just gives me reassurance that they are constantly working on my case without needing me to chase them.
Secondly, Sarah had my back right from the start. Everything she did was for my best interest, no corners were cut nor compromises made to make her life simpler. There were instances where the solicitor on the opposite side was not helpful in answering our questions, but Sarah never once budged an inch and instead persisted until we got what we wanted.
