If I could put 0 stars I would as the owner of this company Martin is a lier and a fraud as when it comes to peoples properties when he is Executor of people wills as I understand that he charges money for sending emails but he has pretended to of spoken to company’s who do houses clearances sends you stupid amount of emails which he charges people for but I’ve spoken to the house clearance companies myself who have never even heard of him so how has he got the quotes It’s all lies just to charge people for emails of false information and has no care in the world about the family who’s house it is even tho they have recently lost a sibling as well as family in hospital and putting pressure on vulnerable people so he gets his money. ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING PERSON AS WELL AS RUDE !

We have used them extensively over years for, writing wills, legal disputes, advice, preparing commercial leases both as a leaseholder and freeholder. I've never known a firm to be so reluctant to address a matter at hand or to be so laisez faire over vital issues and unconcerned about a client's requirements.

Promises of specific actions were made but were not followed through. We were continually left in the dark on the status of matter at hand and had to repeatedly call, email and chase up on every little issue.

There's no doubt there were some very real complications on the matter that needed to be sorted out but their constant excuses and repeated miscommunication of facts with both us and the lawyers on the opposite side caused us to lose thousands of pounds in the sale of the flat.

Their handling of the matter was simply shocking and caused my wife significant distress.

For the record, my wife was the named client in this matter but I was involved in all negotiations. The above review has been amended after receiving several threats of legal action from Martin Nossell & Co.
