Usually a viewing is supposed to last 15 - 20 minutes . We travelled all the way from Manchester to go see this property and were running just under 8 minutes late to go see the place due to traffic in a new city. We were informed that the agent had left to be at another viewing , when we pleaded with receptionist to just allow us some time he simply said that the agent had another appointment somewhere else and we'd need to reschedule. I don't know who books these appointments in but booking another location within 15 minutes of another place is just a bad idea. Won't be using these guys again.

Martin&Co have been nothing but helpful with my last minute rental property search, when I thought all hope was lost and I wouldn't be able to find a new rental, they were extremely professional, very quick with responding and they kept me in the loop during the whole process. I got everything I needed and more from them! Even though other letting agencies thought I wasn't fit for their criteria, Martin&Co made everything work and came up with multiple solutions to my situation. I have been working with Peter from Martin and Co for the last 7 years to rent out my property in Worcester. At no point through those years have I ever felt the need to even look at changing companies.

When looking for an agent all those years ago it was important to find someone that was going to support myself and my sister in our new journey in the rental market but are still going to charge a reasonable rate. We spoke to three or four companies and Martin and Co came out by fair the best. Supportive, professional and treated it as if it was their own house they were going to rent out in the they found and recommended tenants etc. Also the way they charged, we found this fair on us as landlords and for our tenants. A lot of companies either charged the landlord extortionate rates or the tenants which could put the tenants off your property.

The service has always remained the same - brilliant. They have always found tenants for our property and have fully supported us however the could. Also the staff rarely charge which is a great sign. You get to know each other well and work with each other.

We look forward to working with them for many years to come.

Really disappointing service from Martin & Co when viewing a rental property.
No level of customer service.
Lettings Manager didn't care that there were issues with the property, 'let as seen' attitude despite there being damage to walls and issues in the bathrooms, snagging issues throughout.
Not provided any information on next steps or application process.
Waste of my afternoon, having taken time off work to go and view the property.
