Found all the staff at Martin & Co to be very friendly and helpful. They let us visit the property several times and kept us informed of developments over an extended period due to probate. We didn't have to chase them up as they constantly liaised with us and tge vendor's solicitors. Would highly recommend them for buying and selling your property.

Martin and Co Moreton have been an amazing agency throughout our time with them. We’re currently renting a property and have done for the past almost 6 years. Always helpful with advice and the property management department are second to none! They always go above and beyond to help and sort issues with a property in perfect time. Zara, who deals with all my queries and completes inspections is very kind, respectful and professional, even my pooch loves her visiting. She’s a credit to Martin and Co. My partner and I currently rent a property from Martin and Co and I have to say I have found the entire team a joy to work with. They are friendly, professional, hardworking and have a genuine desire to give the best service possible. Recent, when on holiday, we had a disaster of having a burst pipe. The team were proactive in our absence and did their utmost to ensure that our home was not completely destroyed whilst we were away.
