I found Mark by reading these reviews, and exactly as others have said he has a real talent for explaining complicated legal stuff in terms anyone can understand. And not only is it possible to meet him or talk to him on the telephone, but he will also correspond with you by email, so you have a written version of the explanations that you don't forget. That was the particular thing I was looking for, and was happy to pay for. (Mark is also very reasonably priced.) I suppose he's about the 5th solicitor I've used over the years and he's out of all comparison with the rest. If you're after something similar to me (help with wills, estates, executry, inheritance tax issues, and similar) and you want someone who gives you their own time (no delegation to assistants, etc.), and takes care to make sure you understand the processes you're working through, then you've found the perfect person. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Mark to friends, family, and anyone else, or in giving him all 5 stars.
