Very unprofessional and poor service. They supplied Printer to us over 5 years. first 5yr term we did not have any issues with the printer so all ok. Second term they changed the printer which was faulty from day one. Nearly an year now, still the printer is faulty. When printer works scanner stops. They are sending Engineers' to check 2 or 3 days after reporting the fault and they do not do anything. They simply say problem with our network. Never answer our calls, never return our calls. This has become a serious issue for us and our operations are seriously disrupted. Now we are looking to buy a new machine and pursue legally against Marcus James.
