I advise everyone not to rent from this office because their treatment is extremely bad… At first they have a cheerful face and when you rent they do not care about you. All they care about is that the property is in good condition… I rented from them and there were rats in the house and I told them many times that there were rodents in the house but their response to me was you manage yourself and you must maintain the property… I repaired the property myself… When I left the house they did not return the insurance they had with the office… They are extremely bad… I previously submitted a review on their page but they told me that it was not true and that they have periodic maintenance but this is a lie. I was renting in the house and I have all the messages of communication with them and I will publish them on this page… I repeat that they did not return the insurance to me when I left… When I asked them for it, they said what insurance and what nonsense what are you saying… I have all the conversations between me and them and I will publish them on the page… And they told me that you did not pay House rent. Please note that I already have the account statement I pay from. I advise you not to go to this office.

I had an excellent experience with both the house and the agent. The home was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and located in a quiet, welcoming neighbourhood.
A huge shoutout to Marcel Mediation! They were professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. That’s why I renewed my contract again.

**"Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unresponsive, No Refund for Advance, and Untrustworthy"**

My experience with this property and the individual managing it, Arjun (Alias Avinoy), has been extremely frustrating. He constantly changes his name, and each time I try to communicate with him, he claims to be the landlord. His lack of consistency and transparency raised red flags from the beginning. I paid an advance to secure the property, but after facing multiple issues, he completely ignored my attempts to reach out and resolve the situation. Worst of all, despite numerous requests, he has refused to refund my advance payment. His unprofessional behavior and dishonesty make it clear that I would not recommend dealing with this individual or staying at this property.

Arjun didn’t attend any issues and complaints. Why are you coming now after 5.5 months.

Arjun agreed that they didn’t fix issues. They are rude and don’t care about our issues. If you are choosing this agency please consider looking for other option. Because it’s totally not what you see in the beginning. The staff is hell rude and manipulative.

Only because of arjun and the other guy from agency we suffered a lot. Because of you i am changing my house now. You guys barge in whenever you want. I am the legal tenant.

How can you barge in and bring someone without permission? Why do you need my business details? Who are you to tell us what to do?

Don’t fool people! I am surprised like why are they maintaining such a unprofessional staff who doesn’t know how to be respectful and maintain professionalism. All you need is commission and house to get occupied thats it !!! Wonderful

Great team, fast and reliable. All problems sorted immediately, rent paid on time and you get the same guys on the phone every time, so you don't end up explaining yourself to the new staff over and over as is my experience with most other agents. I've been a landlord for 15 years and Marcel are the only agents I would recommend.
