I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. We have been waiting for 18 months for a transfer of land, a simple procedure, no searches, just a transfer. On multiple occasions we have been told we haven't handed paperwork to them, to be then advised "awh, we've found it". This is terrible service, terrible communication, terrible administration. Do not use this company!!!

Had a pleasant experience with maples. Donna dealt with our house sale and buying process and everything was very smooth with no issues. Everything went through very quickly. Would highly recommend and a personal thankyou to Donna for all her hard work ❤️

Excellent Solicitors. Friendly, professional, proactive service with timely results & reasonable prices. Quoted me approximately £3000 to administer my wife's estate, there being no enforceable will & to transfer property into my name which necessitated a full conveyance & mortgage arrangement. The final invoice was nearer £2000 ! Happy Days !!!?

Excellent service. Easy to speak to reception. I spoke to her a couple of times. Met Faye who dealt with the forms quickly and efficiently. Cost a lot less than other solicitors in town and all done within 48 hours of my initial phone call. I would definitely recommend them.

Our experience of working with Donna and Gemma on our sale and purchase was excellent. They truly live up to their motto of ‘a personal approach to law.’ I found their communication to be excellent which is one area where I have struggled with solicitors in the past. They were very willing to help explain things and and always did what they said they would, always returned calls and were able to use some of the modern technology (e.g. Google drive) which made my life much easier. Very good to work with.
