They don't claim that the titles are noble, because selling a title of nobility is illegal. They claim to re-establish incorporeal hereditary by way of legal claim under the land titles act. They do exactly as they claim that they do. At some point the U.K Government will likely stop the legal trade of these originally "crown granted titles". But yes they do have solicitors stake a claim on your behalf.

Manorial Titles. By way of legal claim. They lay claim to dormant crown grants. They the on-sell to clients and stake claim in the official Gazette. It is legal. It's not a title of nobility but a manorial (land) title.
