If you are considering hiring a van and moving house by yourself, DON'T! Hire these guys instead!! They did an absolutely incredible job this morning. We fit more than we ever thought in the van and the job was done in no time. We have always done moves ourselves, but will always use them in future. Thank you very much for moving my home items. I was moving out of a large country house from a studio so quite tight corners and up a old staircase the job went well and the removal people were very helpful. If you want a removal specialist these are not for you. If you want a man with a man then your expectations will be managed.

My OLED tv was damaged in transit and I’m currently taking them to small claims court over the matter.

The £10,000 contents insurance cover for removals as advertised by them is worthless as they’ll refuse the claim and say it was you, the person paying for their services who caused it, either before the event or subsequent to delivery.

I’ll update after the judgment as there’s plenty more to say.

The second star was awarded only because the other items were delivered okay and not damaged.
