Jessica Mason dealt with the recent sale of my property and also the purchase of my new home . She was absolutely fantastic, super efficient and very patient , especially as at times this was not the simplest of transactions. She kept in contact every step of the way and actually went over and above the call of duty to ensure everything was completed by the deadline. Her assistant Tracy was fantastic too. This is the second time I have used Foy’s - both have been great experiences, I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them and in particular Jess.

I recently completed a purchase of a property using the conveyancing services from Malcolm C Foy, throughout the process I was always told this would be a hard process and while yes there were a couple of communication issues, I can let these go as It really wasn't their fault.

Specifically I want to name Jess Mason who was my conveyancing solicitor and a massive thanks to Tracy her assistant. Tracy at times did the work of the agent getting both sides communicating. She was so patient with me calling multiple times a day and generally having no clue what I was doing.

The notary public is brilliant, very thorough and drafted up a notarised parental consent letter for my daughter to travel international, so professional yet so friendly too and very thorough. All the staff I came across either by phone, email and in person were friendly and helpful. My daughter did need the letter to get through the airport security, it was certainly worth it.

I would definitely recommend Donna Moore who dealt with the sale and buying of our properties. Donna kept in touch and when you emailed her she always replied straight away and if Donna wasn’t there then Kelly Jones kept you informed. They both tried to make it as stress free as possible and even when our buyers solicitor wasn’t responding they would keep emailing or calling til they did.
