very unprofessional, have booked for an appointment last two weeks, was told to come for 2pm appointment and there was no one there to open doors for me even on phone, tried a million times to call but no one answered nor bothered to call me back.

I found the solicitor is not looking deep into the evidence given by the client. With references to the appeal No PA/12002/2018, the solicitor has taken the evidence from the client, her friend and the relative without any proof and randomly misguide the client. At least they should take the paper evidence or photography evidence before they misguide the client. It was so funny to read the refusal letter from the first tier tribunal. One should not mislead someone like this, what will happen if someone brings the opposite evidence accepted by the solicitor. It’s quite disgusting
