I have had a 5* experience with MAC (NI). I went to see Hugh after finding a property and from start to finish the whole service was excellent. Hugh was very knowledgeable and professional; nothing was too much trouble and everything was explained in detail. I would definitely recommend to anybody looking to buy to visit MAC (NI). I have felt the process was so seamless because I had a reliable team on hand and knowing I was in good hands put my mind at ease especially a "new and daunting" time buying my first home. I cannot recommend MAC - Mortgage Advice Centre enough! Hugh Brown really took the time to walk us through all of our options and got us the best deal. He also helped us set up our Life and Home owner insurance. Hugh and Whitney were very responsive and always available to sort out issues or walk us through any questions or concerns we had. Excellent service by Hugh and team. Highly recommended. During covid pandemic the team swiftly adapted to telephone and zoom consultations which enabled us to renew our mortgage quickly and efficiently.
A friendly service, Hugh always happy to ask how his client is and how the family are keeping!! A genuine fella as well as maintaining the utmost professionalism!!!!
