I would not recommend this firm based on my experience. They have been consistently unresponsive, failing to return calls or reply to emails despite numerous attempts to make contact. They act on behalf of their client (the freeholders), who themselves are virtually impossible to reach. Whenever assistance or clarification was needed, both the solicitors and their clients were unavailable and unwilling to engage.

However, when it suited them, they were very quick to issue threatening letters without prior discussion or any attempt at resolution. This approach feels extremely one-sided, unprofessional, and frustrating for anyone trying to work collaboratively. Communication is a basic expectation, and unfortunately, this firm has fallen far short.

Update: I have reached out as per their response and expectedly no one is available. I have been waiting for three days for a call back and still nothing.
