We transitioned to Lucid 8 years ago for all our IT and phone support which, if I can recall, was a seamless process, I certainly would have remembered if it wasn’t so!

The team have always provided a caring level of support and are reactive and have great personalities too, sorry but this is rarer in some IT cases!, resulting in forging strong relationships and an understanding to how our business works and performs.

Outside of the standard support, when we are considering changes and/or have our own CRM software issues, they happily advise and consult.

I would highly recommend their services and won’t be looking to change for the foreseeable and never consider taking wider quotations when approached many times as they offer a much deeper level of service to cost alone.
