I cannot thank Khurshid Ali at LS Legal Solicitors London enough for his outstanding legal support during my Skilled Worker visa application process. My situation was particularly complex after receiving a refusal for my previous in time-application , I appealed the decision but later secured a job offer and decided to apply for a Skilled Worker visa. This put me in a tough spot where I had to withdraw my appeal while simultaneously submitting my new visa application on same in accordance with Paragraph 39E of the immigration rules as per Khurshid Ali bang on time guidance. Procedure was followed correctly, however Home Office again decided to initially considered refusing my new skilled work visa application on a technical ground as well as administrative complexity within its own home office record, but Khurshid rescued again and provided invaluable advice at every step. His insight to include a critical piece of phrase in our response to the Home Office at length turned out to be the key factor in getting my new skilled work visa approval. He took the time to fully understand my case (although I initiated communication on LinkedIn without formal consultation appointment), maintained excellent communication, and offered the personal attention I desperately needed during this stressful period.
