No matter your level of debt Lowell's website is super easy to use. You can create your own payment plan without even having to discuss it all with an agent. Also they ask you to make sure your plan is affordable. It's an incredible help and now my debt is being paid and I have an end date in sight. I recommend Lowell's they are top notch and their website is fully designed to help their customers.

They are good. Easy to use app, they don't hassle you if you miss
a week because they seem to understand not everyone or everything runs smoothly all the time. Call centre staff are understanding, helpful and polite. Loads better than other firms I could name....

HI had a letter from Lowell offering me 30% discount if I clear with in 12 months. so I call them by phone and ask them where they got this from and than told them it is statute Barred. if it was mine they buy old debt and than try it on. well I know this is not my debt so if Lowell don't stop than it will be me takeing them to court
