If you want some real cheese then this is the place to visit ,plus you enjoy a ride in the countryside to go with it and the staff are more than willing to help with your choice of cheese ,yeah great .

Definitely worth a visit at anytime of year but especially at Christmas. A great choice of cheeses including Stilton, Rutland Red & a number of flavoured cheeses such as Flaming Pepper. Also, gift ideas of potted Stilton & small bottles of port. Staff in shop couldn't be more helpful & prices great too! Really enjoyed our visit.

Went on one of the 3 days a month the factory shop is open, generally the last Thursday, Friday and Saturday of the month.
Lovely new shop near the visitors car park.
Good range of top quality cheeses at discount prices, friendly staff.

Visited this place for the great factory cheese shop. 2 hour queue not good. It seems shop owners and market stall holders are getting in early and coming out with kilos of the stuff and having to use sack barrows. Why cant they have trade in another day and save the usual 2 days for public. When in side the choice was limited to its usual selection. Otherwise the price is excellent.
