The owner was welcoming, the guest house was utterly charming, the room was cosy and very clean. The bathroom was quite large and spotless with plenty of towels. The view from the bedroom window was beautiful and the bed was very comfy. In the bedroom there were two mugs with some teaspoons, a tray with teabags, coffees and hot chocolates. Outside the room there was a mini fridge with fresh milk in, a milk jug, a tray of biscuits to help ourselves, and toilet rolls, extra shower gels, soaps In case we ran out. Outside the guest house is a table and chairs to sit and watch the sun go down, although there are two chairs in the bedroom facing out the window you can do the same. I would 100% stay here again.

My partner and I came to wales for the week and stayed here for the duration of our stay. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed exceptionally comfortable. The hosts were friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was exceptional. The view out of the window was stunning too. If you’re looking for a base for a Welsh holiday you can’t go wrong with this. Book in advance though as they only have two rooms.||Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We stayed at Llety Betws back in July as we wanted somewhere close to Mount Snowdon which we were climbing. Ghislaine was a lovely host and Gladys her cat was a darling!
Would highly recommend a stay here - good breakfast, comfortable rooms and walking distance to the local town (Betwys-y-coed) which has some lovely restaurants and shops.

Amazing rooms with lovely views, friendly hosts, great breakfast. Nothing was too much hassle, they arranged pick up, drop off and dinner reservations.|Betws-y-Coed was a great base for local walks and catching the Sherpa bus to Snowdon. |Would definitely recommend.

Booked to stay here last year but cancelled due to covid. Was lucky enough to visit this year instead. At the end of a row of beautiful old Victorian houses sits this lovely B & B. Set in an elevated position, giving amazing views across the valley. It’s a 10 minute walk to the town centre via a path across the road from the B & B. This place had everything you’d expect, cosy bed with the softest pillows ever, good shower and a choice of delicious breakfasts with the freshest eggs and best bacon ever. My husband and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place. We stayed three nights and had a different breakfast each day. We were asked each morning if we needed anything for our room so never ran out of coffee and milk. Great service. Thank you Melanie and John for making our stay so nice. Ps give Mollie a cuddly for me. She’s a 6 month old border terrier who i fell in love with.

Amazing rooms, super friendly hosts, nothing was too much trouble. They arranged pick ups, drop offs and dinner reservations. Can't fault anything, would recommend to anyone. P.s. bonus of friendly house cat.

Clean and comfortable rooms in a stunning location. Lovely breakfast using good produce served by Julie our friendly breakfast host who also cooked it beautifully on our last morning. Thank you for a lovely stay and hope to be back soon. Bettws Y Coed is beautiful and a great base to explore all that North Wales has to offer. Loved it.

Excellent Guest House, We Arrived From Dubai Very Early & Asked For An Early Check In And the Owners were very nice to allow us to do this. The room had enough space and a little on suite so there is no 'sharing bathroom' incidents which was pleasing. We are Vegetarians and were happy to see this option on the breakfast menu and it was cooked beautifully. Nice banter with owner John at breakfast and a very warm welcome from the lady of the house Melanie. Great Location and might make this a yearly or seasonal trip in the future. Fully Recommend For Anybody.
