At the beginning Levi was great. Very quick at responding and “getting the job done”

Fast forward almost a year, it turns out the my local council, building management and ground rent services were unaware I was in the property.

I contacted them all myself and gave them all of my details to add me to their systems. However the building management company first port has still not been dealt with. Levi advised he had completed everything but when I spoke to first port they said nothing was sent and they still have no details of me being in the property. I have tried emailing on numerous occasions however had no response and now the company he was working for can’t get hold of him either. It’s a kick in the teeth considering I left such a good review previously but I have to remove that now. You can post on your LinkedIn weekly but can’t respond to first time buyer who needs your help… Shocking!

I have used Levi to buy and sell my properties. He was efficient and quick to reply at the beginning of the process but got worse as time went on.
He was replying to my emails and the other solicitors emails at early hours of the morning and had no communication at all throughout the day.
He wouldn’t answer phone calls to any parties involved and it made the process very difficult for everyone.
We was given a completely different completion date to the rest of the chain and it was only until the person we was buying from messaged us to let us know the date he had been given was 4 days after the date we had. Levi wasn’t available to contact at all while this was happening.

To make it worse we didn’t complete on the date given as Levi hadn’t got the money sent over, so we had sold ours and was told by Levi to start looking at alternative arrangements for the night. He understood we have a 5 month old baby and it wasn’t as easy as that.
Wouldn’t recommend Levi.
