He secured 3 viewings within the first couple of days, two of whom wanted to rent the property. Our first tenant moved in within a week of the property being put up.

we bought our first house with lindley and simpson - very good communication and stuff but felt very disappointed when we went to pick up the keys and there was nothing you see other estate agents with baskets or flowers and we just got handed the keys and sent on our way 🙁 sad

As a new landlord, I was unsure of which company to use for a fully managed service. I looked to canvass my many colleagues who I knew were renting properties locally and asked for their feedback on their experiences of using letting agents. Linley and Simpson came out on top every time for responding to tenant issues in a timely fashion and quickly acting on any potentially property damaging issues. Alex explained in easy to understand terms of how they would manage my property and very patient in answering my many newby questions, it's a bewildering process but he made things very easy and had it advertised on the same day which was amazing! Since finding our tenants, Hayley has been fantastic in keeping me informed of what's happening every step of the way and responds to emails so quickly that I feel completely comfortable in handing things over to them - it feels very efficient and they're so smiley in the office too! I have no hesitation in recommending them!! 🙂

Was asked to write a review by one of the estate agents after a viewing. Ordinarily that would be me rolling my eyes and ignoring it but, in all honesty, I had a pleasant experience, in stark contrast to appointments I'd had the previous week with other companies.

Firstly, the appointment was made, questions were readily answered over the phone, and the time and date were both texted and e-mailed to me.

The day before, another text was sent as a reminder.

And this morning, I was phoned by the agent to confirm that the viewing was taking place.

It's really just nice to come across estate agents who have a professional approach to appointments, making sure that clients are aware of the date and time and assured that the viewing will be taking place.

It's nice to not have my time, patience, and fuel wasted.

Beyond that, viewing was perfectly fine. The agent was friendly, polite, informative, and made allowances for an early arrival.

Kudos to you guys and rock on. The reviews on here seem to speak well of you for good reason.

As a new landlord, I found Alex to be particularly helpful in explaining about the service his company provides and the cost. They have delivered on what they promised and Hayley has been excellent at communicating - very responsive to email. Overall very happy with the service to date and looking forward to a positive relationship in the year ahead.

Property manager, Hayley has a very poor attitude and organisational skills.

Waiting three months after constant emails without success to fix two internal doors.

Reported a mouse in my home and the issue had to be chased for weeks without response from said property manager.

Never had a bad experience for three years with maintenance up until now. I pay my rent without fail every month and you a treated as if some kind of second class citizen to the management.

Requested contractors came in afternoons which has been done before because I look after my son full time who doesn’t sleep well- as well as work afternoons so mornings are not a good time by any means. Repeatedly told contractor and letting agency that afternoons only please and the contractor turns up at 9:30am drilling etc for three hours! When did companies just stop caring about others?
