I have sold properties in the past but this has to be the worst solicitor firm I have come across. They do not reply to emails and if you call them, you are told that they will call back but then never call back. All enquiries take a week to sort out and we are talking about simple tasks they are not able to complete correctly. The buyer has everything sorted but my solicitor can’t seem to respond to enquiries. We have been going back and forth with getting indemnity insurance the solicitor who never responds gets his paralegal to do all the work and the paralegal seems to do it wrong. How can they not no how to get the right indemnity insurance. First they put the wrong name of the insurance, then they missed out the relevant things that are needed in the insurance. They seem to send everything over without the solicitor double checking I am not sure if these people are qualified or just pure lazy. My buyer is so fustrated and I do not blame them as this solicitor is just a joke. Their answer oh it hasn’t even been 6 weeks, even though it has been 8 weeks. And we have been waiting on them responding seeing as it takes them 3-5 days to respond to anything. Why are we talking about time frame when my seller has everything in place it’s just you as a solicitor can’t do your job properly. Please avoid this firm at all cost.
