AVOID - After instructing this firm to manage the purchase of my first home in May I have this week received an email saying they are no longer able to do the work as they are restructuring. With my mortgage offer due to expire this month they have left me in the dark with no support at all. Communication from the start was lack lustre and the after care after the situation they have put me in is even worse. After paying £400 upfront they have also refused to return my money to me so I am now having to take this further. Considering this is in the panel of solicitors for the Mann group it has been nothing but a shambles from the start. Do not use if you want to actually complete on your purchase.

We were recommended Linder Myers by Money Supermarket to help us purchase a house. The direct line to our case handler that was given to us was the number of a fax machine not a telephone number. I then found out that our case handler had already left the business.

Whenever I try to get through to someone I get bounced between offices and when I try to get through to the Chester Office which apparently is the only office that can deal with my case, nobody in the whole office is available.

Needless to say I will look elsewhere

Avoid - catastrophic mishandling of commercial lease contracts in opposition to client instructions - attempts to resolve incredibly half-hearted , company did not reply to formal complaint within its own stated timeline. Embarassing and cynical.

Cold called my Mother in Law on the basis of 'reviewing her will' on the basis this has to be done every two years. A further call to try and get her to sign up to power of attorney to protect her whilst she is still alive and the cost would be in the region of £500. Disgraceful behavior from a 'Solicitor'
