Jo Russel provided excellent customer service today in identifying, explaining and resolving an issue I'd had with Lifetime legal. She deserves 5 stars, however I've provided 3 stars as my experience with Lifetime Legal in general is that I discovered I was paying a monthly fee for a service I didn't need and didn't know I had. It had also auto-renewed without any notifications. When I tried calling to query it, on all 3 occasions I found myself in a hold system for 10 minutes before getting cut off. I resorted to the online query form, received a call from Jo and she resolved everything professionally - I was refunded the money.

I was called by the company and I spoke to a lovely young man named Jameson. I’m not usually one for talking on the phone but the sheer charisma that chap has was enough to sell ice to the eskimos! Brilliantly caring and his work was carried out with such elegance. If there were more people like Jameson then I will be picking up the phone a heck of a lot more often!
