Paid for a simpler service that they incorrectly completed (they signed the wrong document on an ID verification) Had to go to another solicitor to get the documents signed in time for a house move. Lewis Rodger’s refused to refund me insisting I should have allowed them to correct the mistake (but they couldn’t do so for another week and I couldn’t wait as buyers had set a move in date) Stephen Rodgers is incredibly rude and condescending - advised multiple people against using them as I’d hate for someone else to be spoken to so dreadfully, it was incredibly upsetting.
