My solicitor Giuseppe Pingerna, provided me with an exceptional service to help me through my divorce. Whilst this was a really difficult time for me, Giuseppe kept me on track. He gave me the information I needed and the right time, which allowed me to make the right forward thinking decisions.

Giuseppe's care towards my situation is what really makes him great. He always kept my son at the heart of my decisions ensuring we were both looked after. His knowledge is second to none and I have already recommended him to others who are in similar situations.

Possibly one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Issued a letter before claim against me in September 2023. The LBA for reasons beyond my control was returned to them. They confirmed on a phone call that it was returned in the October of 2023. Yet in May 2024 they proceeded to issue a court claim in the full knowledge that the the LBA had not been received. They emailed a week or so prior to the hearing and I contacted them on receipt of that email. No reply, I called them was fobbed off time and time again. I tried to arrange collection with them, this was left unresolved again no contact from them. Car taken with my possessions inside and now I am being fobbed off again. Absolute nightmare of a company I have documented everything that has gone on with them. I would avoid using them at all costs.
I note they responded my review and stated they were unable to identify me as there customer.

Very slow. No communication. Errors made in verification process. When you question any of this they refuse to deal with you.
Seems highly unprofessional.
The solicitor I was allegedly dealing with was only just past being a trainee yet charged vast amount to be so incompetent.

I would find a professional outfit where possible unless you you thrive on incompetence then this is your company.

Totally incompetent and slow solicitor… every email is answered in robotic way. They usually work on behalf of Alica Bank and these solicitors took more than 1 year for just a simple remortgage… never use them and pay their very high fees as they will never get you over the completion line. Costed me thousands of pounds and precious one year. Paid two times for valuation and still they did not complete… AVOID… AVOID…AVOID
