Stephen P Murphy was hired in October 2020 to draw up Third Party Wall Agreement between myself and neighbour, as neighbour was completing extensive building works to property. Works were completed in September 2021 and there has been resulting damage to wall in kitchen and possible damage to roofing. Stephen visited our property the following month to perform an inspection. However, since then Stephen has not provided us with a post-works report as to what the damages are, nor has he advised us what our options are to resolve them. Aside from some vague 'I'll speak to you neighbour' promises, there has been little effort by Stephen to resolve the dispute and zero effort to consult with us on the dispute. We have contacted Stephen multiple times by email and by phone (leaving messages with his secretary) to discuss and he simply does not reply. Avoid at all costs.

They arranged a survey of my property and I rang up and left a message on their answer machine to rearrange as I had a hospital appointment. I wasnt contacted until the courtesy call the following day an hour before the original survey time was set. The lady who rang seemed annoyed by me although this was only the second time I had spoken to her. She told me that the surveyor had already left which as unfortunate as that is, was not my fault. Why have an answer machine if you dont listen to it? I politely asked if we could rearrange as stated on the answer machine message the day before. Her reply was that they probably wont come out now as they are too busy.

I appreciate that they are busy but if I have a health issue that comes first and I left a message. I dont understand why ive been treated like I havent treated them with the utmost respect.
