My daughter had an appointment at the Italian Consulate in respect of her application for Italian citizenship after the rules changed regarding parents naturalising while their children were minors. I had already reacquired my citizenship and wanted to understand the implications of these changes. Claudia was incredibly helpful and supportive and I felt she really understood how important this issue was to us as a family. While she couldn’t change the outcome for my daughter, she helped us much more than we could have done without her. She is a great communicator and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

About a year ago I started to make investigations into the possibility of acquiring my Italian citizenship through my now deceased mother. These processes are never as simple as one would expect, so I reached out to LEP Law and was put into contact with Claudia Sorrentino. Following an in-depth and lengthy one on one phone conversation, we settled on a plan and direction. Many setbacks then had to be navigated to gain clarity from numerous Italian authorities, to included the Catholic Church, the Italian Consulate and local offices in Trieste. I have been working with Laura for a year to find a property in Puglia , believe me buying in Puglia is not for the faint hearted, it is a very different prospect to buying a property in the UK. Many of the properties i looked at i could not proceed with as they were illegal for one reason or another. Without Laura's help I don't think I would have ever managed to complete with a purchase finally. I used LEPLAW for a very complex citizenship application for one of my children. After having been told by a large London law firm that citizenship was not possible and that I was wasting my time.
I made contact with Claudia Sorrentino and over the space of 9 months we took it step by step and eventually the Italian Consulate agreed that my son was entitled to citizenship and we now await documentation of this prior to a passport application.

There is no doubt that without Claudia’s help we would have failed and I’m infinitely grateful for her time and dedication to the cause. The fees were very reasonable and I cannot recommend LEPLAW highly enough.
