Really pleased with the template and guide for a Deed of Variation. It was easy to follow and enabled me to produce a high quality document that everyone is happy with. Thank you.

Outstanding value. Very good agreement with clear advice on how to use it for £50. A legal firm quoted £1,200 for drafting a similar agreement. Thank you Legalo.

Really excellent service - the license to occupy template was very clear and I felt that I knew what I was getting before I ordered it. It was really excellent value when compared with getting a solicitor to draft it, which I was to do because I knew it was a fairly straightforward situation. I didn't read the FAQ and therefore didn't realise that I needed Word for the template to function properly - I called the helpline and my problem was immediately sorted. What a great service - thanks so much.

I needed a legal template that was not already available; David arranged for one to be drafted and added to the collection. When I got it the template and accompanying guide were very clear and easy to use. Highly recommended if you are confident that an off-the-shelf template will work for your situation.

When my mother died recently I wanted to pass on some of the proceeds of her house to my daughters as I am now 77 and realise that they may one day have a big tax burden when I die.
I read about a Deed of Variation but realised that my case was very simple and a Solicitor would probably charge me at least £500.
I downloaded the Deed of Variation template, read all off the guidance notes very carefully before starting to fill in my own details. It was easier because my Mothers estate is under the tax threshold. I have printed it off and will get my signature and those of my new beneficiaries witnessed. When I sell my Mothers property I will give the Deed to my Solicitor who will then hopefully pay my daughters their share from the estate directly. I will give each of my daughters a copy of the Deed to keep as proof that they were direct beneficiaries.
