I have been a member for 10+ years. First experience 2 years ago was awesome. Grandparent/Grandchild custody case, fully covered and flawless case. I needed an attorney for same case just full custody, now I am only entitled to 25%off or miscellaneous benefit of 10 hours. I am on my third try to match me.
I will not be renewing my coverage in the new enrollment period for 2025.
I would advise everyone considering getting coverage to save your money or find a different company.

I have this coverage that I signed up with through my employer. It gets deducted from my check weekly. I have had to call them on several occasions to help me with very important matters. Yes the customer service staff who take the calls, get the details and then “match” you with an attorney are all very helpful. My cases have yet had either lawyer assigned to them do anything! Not even return my calls. This is a scam if you ask me. If there is anyone out there who has actually had a lawyer handle their case please speak up. I doubt there is anyone they have actually represented.

If I could have provided a zero I would. Would not recommend LegalEASE to my enemy. This service is subpar. You have to do all the work for the services you don’t even receive from this company. I have been trying to get their help since April 2024. I have also been paying for their service’s since January. I have yet to get ANY assistance with my case. All it has been is a bunch of empty promises, under deliverance, and zero efforts on their part. Their job seems to be to answer the phone and promise a call back that never happens. You have to do all the leg work yourself. At this point I’m not convinced it’s even worth it because I have not been successful enough to be graced with the services I’m paying for. All I have received at this point is a lot of anxiety, added stress, and frustration. You can bet I will be climbing up the chain of command till I get to the top to get what I’ve paid for or and entire refund and plus some for the countless hours I’ve spend trying to get help from LegalEASE.

She was thoughtful and thorough - there was no rushing to get me off the phone and move on to the next customer. Truly appreciated her assistance - it reflects very well on this team and organization.

And an update a month later.. I have yet to have my claims successfully opened or addressed. The initial intake was very well done. The follow-up unfortunately has not been.
