The experience started off great, quick responses and support but when I did not give them an immediate response and payment I was met with rudeness and accusations of being untruthful. This is not the experience I want when I am trying to fight a court case.

Legal-advice is very unique in the way it provides legal support. As legal counsel myself, for over 20 years I am familiar with the usual path when seeking legal advice - usually through a solicitors firm. Legal - advice is different. Right from the moment you make contact they are available (even on the Sunday). Life’s unexpected situations can happen at anytime and to anyone. Speaking to Elliot for my husband was comforting. He listened and swiftly directed us with the next course of action. The next day we spoke to Simon - and words will not give it justice to the professional and personal touch he has provided in his service as Counsel to my husband and I, throughout a 3 month long period. In short, he is knowledgeable, experienced and honest. He does not lack empathy and sincerity which many barristers do speaking from experience. He is with you, as a team and whatever questions/ thoughts you may have he is ready to listen and answer. I absolutely recommend him! As a team they are quite something else - strategically thinking of best options and alternatives. My husband achieved the best outcome that we could only pray for, in the given circumstances. Simon made it happen! To be honest, my comments would not change even if things did not go to plan. I don’t really write reviews but I have taken time out to do so here because their legal service - as a whole is exceptional and it is important for those seeking advice that are in two minds to not think twice. Wow!!! What can I say apart from absolutely amazing!! Simon and Elliot were amazing from the moment I contacted them. My case was very difficult and not straight forward one bit. Simon went above and beyond for my case and he was very informative. I was a nervous wreck and Eliot and Simon Constantly kept me updated and reassured. Wow what a barrister!! Simon Collingham and Elliot Scott guided us through a very stressful time.
My son unfortunately got charged with drink driving and having never been in this situation before we really did not know where to start .
Both Elliot and Simon were contactable throughout the entire process and there was not a single time they didn’t answer their phone straight away or get back to us promptly.
Elliot answered my many , many questions and offered constant support and reassurance.
Simon says it as it is so be prepared for quite direct, to the point communication, however, we found this most helpful as we knew where we stood without any false promises or unrealistic results, just very honest.
His professionalism in court was absolutely outstanding and we felt very well represented.
