The reviews about this place that are negative is not something I got. I got a very well communicative estate agency. The service deserves a 5 star and I'm very happy how they handled my application for a flat with them. I'm very appreciative. My advise is to ignore the negative review and not judge a book by its cover. It's a 5 star from me

Absolute scammer, AVOID!!!

travelled 2 hours to view a house, it was nothing compared to what they advertised, and way way dirty, the said the walls would be painted but this was not in the advert, the house stinks, smells of cigarettes…save your money and time..

I had the pleasure of meeting Lewis, an exceptional letting agent, during a recent property viewing. Lewis's friendly and kind demeanour immediately put us at ease, making the entire experience minimally intrusive and actually enjoyable!

Lewis demonstrated a genuine concern for our privacy, understanding that having strangers view our home can be a bit tricky. He ensured that we were comfortable with allowing photos and respected our wishes throughout the process. This consideration for our privacy was truly appreciated.

He listened attentively to our comments and preferences regarding the property's features and amenities and relayed them to all prospective new tenants.

In addition, Lewis went the extra mile by accommodating our scheduling needs. He was flexible and worked around our busy work schedules to find a suitable time for the viewing.

As the property had newly carpeted floors, Lewis asked all visitors to wear shoe covers we’d bought, ensuring that the carpets remained clean and well-maintained. This attention to detail further highlighted his professionalism and commitment to the property's upkeep.

Overall, Lewis made our property viewing experience much more enjoyable and hassle-free. His friendly nature, consideration for our privacy, and dedication to customer service set him apart as an outstanding letting agent.

I would highly recommend Lewis to anyone in need of a knowledgeable agent.

?"Legal Property services" will deny all responsibility for issues that are clearly coming from their properties. They run overflow pipes into my garden expelling scummy water into my rose bush and plants, then deny any responsibility for a leak thats coming from their adjoining property which has deteriorated over time, destroying other people's homes and decor in the process - now they refuse to even come out and at least look at the situation. I can show them the problem but they don't want to take the blame. What cowboy would run an overflow pipe into someone elses garden? without permission aswell ! Shows a pattern of shoddy workmanship, but no point calling them up again to try and resolve issues either, I've tried, and they're impatient and couldnt care less basically!

Worst letting agency I've ever dealt with. Reported an issue with a door in the property multiple times, kept getting told that "someone would be in touch this week". When I eventually got sick of them fobbing me off and asked them for a definite date for a repair, they told me that because I was calling on behalf of my partner (who has autism and can't do phone calls) and that I'm not the registered tenant, they don't actually have to talk to me about doing any repairs.

Avoid at all costs, these are the rudest, most unprofessional letting agents you'll ever have the displeasure of dealing with.

This letting agents actively markets a Property from a land lord named Sathi Singh and i stayed at one of his property at Grange Road. What a nightmare it was. If you want some peace of mind at your new rented home, stay away from that property. if you are already in any of his property you will get a taste of it sooner or later. Having said that, I have no complaints against the agent but I suggest/wish that they take more responsibility in explaining their clients(tenants) the tricky things that is in the contract which are bit unusual. Stay away ....Stay peacefully.

Would like to thank louis/lewis from the legal property team (apologies if iv spelt the name incorrect). Arrived to the property promptly, for the inspection on the last day of the tenancy on a Saturday morning. Very friendly and helpful! It can be quite grueling having an inspection completed however we were put at ease and Lewis explained the steps by steps of the inspection process clearly, excellent communication skills. Generally our time with legal property's has been good. Kim and Paul dealt with our application fairly quickly. Kim has always been prompt with replying back to emails and dealing with enquiries. They also worked hard to ensure that some of the issues within the property were sorted before our move in date, through communicating with the landlord.
