Good start, cliff hanger finish

The process was good as was case handling however getting compensation from legal national is like pulling teeth. Told 3 weeks into a 4th and no straight answers. Also find data that should be corrected has not.

Phil and kyle great but once you signed the compensation agreement it falls if a cliff.

My claim was dealt with well up until settlement. I’ve was informed that the company received my money however, I’m unsure what the delay was with receiving my compensation. The firm was taking an unreasonable amount of time to pay this to myself. They did not provide me a sufficient reason as to what the delay was and continuously stated I will receive this soon. I waited for around a month or slight longer to receive my money which is what ruined my experience of having my claim being dealt with by this company.

Received an email from them with a link to download documents but required a password. I replied to email to say didn’t have a password and they replied….

Kindly use your correct email password to be able to access the files, It's safe and password protected by microsoft.

Why would I give someone my email password? Then called the number saved in my phone for the contact dealing with my case and this is a completely different company and my solicitors have not sent me any details today!!!

Communication was not great when it came to chasing the case, even had to chase for payment even though it had been received.
I was pleased with the result, yet the damages won was nowhere near the costs that were attributed to the case which delayed the whole process and was unaware why this was.
The payment process was excellent once the case had been resolved.

Good. Smartly redecorated (but we liked the old ambience as well). Amazing food - quality and quantity but with very limited gluten free choices for my wife, we aren't able to visit as much as we would like.
