Excellent service and have improved our client relationships no end by providing us with a compliant quotation engine for use in our extremely busy sales team.
Their ambition to speed up the sale and purchase process is one to be admired and I would strongly advise any property Agent and Solicitor to engage with this company as soon as possible.
The ability to quote and instruct solicitors on-line 24 hours is key to our business as it allows us to gain confirmation that the solicitors process is underway rather than having to keep checking that the buyer or vendor has remembered to do so.

My Conveyancing solicitor Lambert Pugh use this company to obtain searches rather than going to the council direct.. it just adds a large amount of time to the house buying process and on top of that.. they can't even tell you how long the process will take.. even when you know the council has giving them everything from their end already...
