I have referred into this charity since it 1st came about and it's amazing what they can do. I work as a palliative care specialist and my patients get the time and support they need, Meg and the team have always left patients so appreciative of support and confident the work will be done. They bring reassurance, minimising stress and because its a charity you know that what you need is what they do; they never push people into unnecessary services. Amazing dedicated team who inspire!!
