Ramin provided prompt complimentary advice on a recent house purchase which, sadly, was carried out by a fairly useless and very expensive online conveyancer recommended by Andrews estate agents. I wished I had done more extensive research beforehand and used Ramin. Fortunately, he is now acting for a friend in her transactions in a highly efficient and professional manner. If all conveyancers operated to his standards then issues and completion times would be cut dramatically.

I had a recommendation to use Jane Hulme at Leeper Prosser when selling and asked them to write a will for a relative, too. Everyone I have spoken to has been professional and friendly and their service has been excellent. I could probably have found cheaper solicitors, but wouldn't take the risk.

Using them for conveyancing, Ramin seems to be very responsive to emails. Popped in to provide some proof of address and both the lady on reception and another solicitor were polite and helpful.
Only what I'd expect from people I'm paying to provide a service, but very often not what you get.
