Lease Law came via a recommendation and they certainly did not disappoint. They acted for me on an auction purchase which required completion within 21 days. Everything was done very efficiently and professionally, and I was never in doubt that Jade had everything sorted to complete on time. Having been through a number of transactions, it was refreshing to not have to chase the conveyancing solicitor at all! I would definitely use them again.

I found this company by chance. I had been referred to another one, but the online reviews were not very good so decided to do a search for conveyancing companies that were not the big name ones and stumbled on Lease Law. Firstly every review was good so I of course thought this was too good to be true. I decided to take a chance and my goodness am I glad I did. I was put in touch with Lease Law at the tail end of a difficult leasehold extension negotiation. This was at the stage where I would have to apply for tribunal proceedings as the negotiations with the freeholder had been protracted and difficult.

If I had any questions they would get back to me very quickly.
They were able to get me a 999-year extension when I thought I would only be able to get a 99-year one.
I shopped around beforehand, and their fees are very reasonable compared to others.
