We have used Luke over the last four years to carry out our boiler service, troubleshoot & solve issues when they have arisen e.g. with the boiler, underfloor heating, toilet cistern & radiator valve. Most recently he revamped our en-suite shower (new sealant & shower door trim, painting ceiling & cleaning out extractor fan). On all of these occasions his work has been exemplary. He is always professional; he provides sound advice, is punctual and tidy. We recommend him without reservation.

Luke is very friendly and incredibly knowledgable. We needed an annual boiler service and now may have a follow up job for him as he was so helpful. Contacted Luke through Facebook having searched local plumbers and I got a very quick response. He even made time to come and resolve my issue the next day between other jobs. Super efficient. He explained the work at all steps and shared the issue before resolving. Even gave me a few plumbing tips for awareness to hopefully save me a few ££ going forward. Luke is fantastic, very friendly, helpful and clearly knows his stuff! also fairly priced.

Luke did a boiler replacement for us this week and we couldn't be happier with the level of service.

The detail and consideration to the work went above and beyond. Even once the job was complete Luke has been an asset to offer advice and support for some follow up jobs we are looking at.
