We had a very delicate family matter with which to deal, and cannot overstate how instrumental Matthew Harcourt-Poole, and his team were in attempting to ‘calm the waters’ and settle the matter amicably. Though our outcome was not in our favour, it is important not to underestimate the professionalism, legal acumen, and social prowess utilised by Matthew and his team; ‘reading the room’, and knowing when to take a hard line with the other party, or equally, also when it is important to ‘play it soft’ with the other party cannot be underestimated, and they did this exceptionally well.

Matthew and his team did an impeccable job from start to finish (and this was no easy case) never hesitating on what to do next despite the complexity of the matter, and besides this, were genuinely nice people who truly cared about their clients and their children’s well-being; they are warm, empathetic, and carry out their role in a very humane and relatable manner.

My first house purchase, Charlotte and the team were fantastic, the house proved to be a tricky purchase in the end, with lots of hurdles to overcome, however Charlotte handled it with experience and communicated well the ins and outs of everything. The whole team were pleasant and professional with a personal touch, Charlotte often made time to calm my nerves and answer my inexperienced questions. The house was out of the area in Wales, however this was not a problem for this very experienced team who were very thorough.
