I reported a pair of solicitors (father and son) for various antisemitic , bullying , harassing activities and conspiracy to commit criminal damage. The Law Society of Scotland has failed to take action over a period of 7 years against them . They did however find something trivial in the materials I SENT THEM in support of my complaints and managed to prosecute me hastily. They alleged that I had published messages that the antisemitic lawyer had sent me . Not true . They then censured me for making allegations within my complaint (allegations that were true).against Father .
Later they entertained the complaints of a separate antisemitic stalker against me , complaints that were completely unfounded and prosecuted in the knowledge that the stalker had harassed me and my family and made threats online against me and who had herself displayed overt antisemitism. One of the complaints they made against me was that I made a joke about suicide bombers . They considered this joke to amount to professional misconduct . 18 months earlier they had considered an antisemitic joke about Auschwitz by FATHER to be worthy of a rap on the knuckles . Compare and contrast The Law Society’s Treatment and protection of THREE antisemites to their treatment of a Jewish lawyer who asked for their help against THREE antisemites . Antisemitic , discriminatory , biased , no comparitive justice , delay , unfounded allegations , refusal to help , protection of antisemites , allowed antisemitic stalker To use them as a vehicle for continued harassment of another lawyer .

Before posting full story please urgently read email and left phone messages 2 weeks still awaiting call back. Sent evidence of fake data used to mis sell property using my life savings and mortgage monies by law firms doing wrong for their business customers during the credit crunch. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thanks

Search engine function for solictors; just don't! If you need a lawyer then you are wasting your precious time, as website details false inaccurate information. Spent all day on the phone today taking their information lead, as I was in a bit of a crisis. 45 solicitor firms later and still not one of them would accept legal aid in the areas of housing/ civil legal assistance, like their website sign posted me, and told me they would.

Absolutely abysmal. I needed specific information, which I waited more than 5 weeks for. The response I waited so long for was a link to their website. Still waiting on a response to another query, supspose all I can expect is another link to their site. There is literally NO point in their email & phone call service. Completely useless and incompetent service.

Complete waste of time and energy. Farce of an organisation that claims to investigate morally corrupt solicitors. This organisation is not fit for purpose and should be closed down before wasting any more money!

I was wholly unsupported by the Society against a solicitor who made unsupported allegations against my character and in my view the solicitor was not acting in a reasonable or professional manner. The society made a decision not to support my complaint stating that as the solicitor was defending himself he could act in such a way. The whole thrust of my complaint was completely missed and I felt let down , clearly the Society was more interested in supporting the solicitor. I did repeatedly ask the Society for a reconsideration but none was made, I find it bizarre that the Society responds to these reviews with an invite for communication, this seems to be an attempt of showing good faith when the reality is they are not interested, if they were keen to support genuine concerns why are so many complainants unhappy

This is a complete waste of time. They are so biased. Seems solicitors can do anything or nothing but are entitled to be paid.I can honestly say this has been the worst experience, they treated me like a nothing.
