Had a very positive experience with Laurus as our conveyancer for a property purchase in London recently, with Kausiha and Annabelle on our case. Excellent responsiveness and professionalism throughout the process. We appreciate their clear breakdows of relelvant fees and disbursments up front, and their miticulous and diligent work especially in searches, reviewing and requesting further responses from the seller's solicitor. Kausiha also took the initiative to successfully negotiated with the seller a fairer agreement for us on a particular aspect of the transaction. We are very appreciative of all this.
