As a tenant I had the good fortune of having Shardonai Mchugh, as the Property Manager. She was very proactive in response to repairs and maintenance requests. Her very pleasant approach and reassurance kept us going while waiting for help in winter months. I know she was busy arranging the necessary trades people to help. I found a property through Langhams estate agents website in December 2020 and have now lived there for coming up three years. The whole process from start to finish was faultless. Everyone I spoke with or dealt with was very professional, polite and very helpful. Since living at the property I've had no problems. I've mainly dealt with a an employee called shardonai whenever I've had any questions regarding the property. She is amazing and you can tell she really loves what she does and always helpful. She goes above and beyond and always responds to emails or calls and never leaves anything unchecked or unanswered. She always makes you feel at ease and always finds a resolution. Moving is stressful enough as it is and in this current climate of financial instability, shes always on hand and to know you have that friendly, welcoming and reliable voice on the end of the phone if you ever need her is very comforting.
