Great service! The assessor, I believe his name was Muhammad Khokhar, was punctual, on time, and professional. I received the fire risk certificates earlier than expected. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for fire risk certifications.

This may very well be the case, but when a business has arranged a fire safety inspection and never receives the certificate paid for, their outrage is understandable. My self-enhancement alone will not impress my landlord or its insurers.

Dreadful service, using sub contractors who are rude, late and don't hand over necessary information despite urgency. Landlord Checks repeatedly lied about what was going on and were appalling to attempt to communicate with over the phone, going round in constant circles as they refused to take accountability and put right what they'd neglected. An unnecessary middle man that left everyone with far more admin than they would have had if they'd never bothered going through LC in the first place.

I wanted gas and boiler service done annually as it started flashing service due on my thermal state, the guy came open the wasn't sure what he sure how to service this Worcester combi boiler and thermal state, he put the meter on the boiler, took the cover off given a blow put the cover back on did something at the bottom water started dripping when he ment release the pressure valve instead he was released the water i had to show him the pressure valve, then he said he's done i said the thermal state is still flashing. He said you have to get another company he doesn't know what to do with it, I didn't end up paying my invoice as when he left I ended up calling another company to get the job done properly. I emailed them invoice team I told them I have to call another company has he has not the job properly and I didn't get the certificate that I mentioned get afterwards.
