I mediated with Lacey’s twice, on the first occasion a summary was drawn up which I was told at a later date would not pass a judge so it was pointless competing mediation ok that occasion. When trying mediation again as a way of divorce the mediator that day gave me very poor advice relating to obtaining a mortgage whilst remaining on a mortgage on the family home and also I was told it would take 18 months to get a court date for financial remedy, we had a date within 3 weeks of applying. They don’t seem to know what they are doing with the advice they give and I didn’t find them helpful at all in my divorce on either occasion.
