This is regarding Spanish Citizenship advisors.

Positives: the onboarding and administrative part was very professional and the response times were very good. The quote/invoicing (even when high) was also on point as they charge the usual fees for this type of service.

If you are looking for a team to support you (mostly in a human one to one level) trough the draining Spanish Consulate processes, this is a good place.

The 2 starts removed are regarding issues I've found within my documentation, which were overlooked. It seems some questions remained unanswered or they did not have many experience on cases like mine.

The Consulate was keen on confirming my personal revision of the forms was neccesary and well done, which is dissapointing because it seems I paid for a revision that was incomplete.

I decided to solve this on my end as it was not clear if requesting a second revision (to check overlooked issues...) could be computed for additional charge or not. Bear in mind, I had the opinion of a 2nd advisor at this stage.

I would recommend to double check with them if they already have had a similar case or not because it is very stressful to not have certainty with such delicate documentation.

Again, the assistance and tone of voice is 5 starts, I am grateful for the professionalism and support trough the revision as it is a really draining process.

Main feedback - if the price tag is very high, therefore so are the expectations. Wish Labrums Solicitors team the best.

I cannot recommend this firm enough. Particularly Cassey, who is without doubt one of the most efficient, articulate and knowledgeable human beings I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I had a relatively painful experience with the conveyancer who was responsible for selling my previous property; so many errors were made, everything moved slowing and communication was virtually non-existent until we were ready to exchange. Cassey is superhuman compared to them - I will always recommend them to anyone that asks for one and I will only be using her services, when I buy/sell any properties in the futures.
