Poor service from Ravinder. Turned up and did the work that was required for an EICR certificate, took the money and never came back with the certificate for us, which was needed as we were in the middle of a house move. Contacted Ravinder multiple times, he either ignored the calls and messages, or blatantly lied about getting the certificate to us, telling us he will do it by the end of the day, which never happened. Save your money and time and avoid at all cost, he will do the same to others.

Called Rav at 9pm on a Friday as our sockets had stopped working but the fuses hadn't tripped. Not only did Rav talk me through solving the issue over the phone for free, he also gave a couple of other invaluable nuggets of advice. HIGHLY recommend.

Rav was extremely helpful when I contacted him on Sunday while having issues with my elderly mother's electricity tripping. He offered good advice over the phone to help resolve her issues, free of charge. He also offered to visit the house if we were unable to correct the problem.
